Road &Bridge using modified bitumen waterproof membrane is made of polyester mat as reinforcement, styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS), atactic polypropylene or atactic polyolefin(APP) plastomer s modified agent. covering PE film, fine sand or mineral etc. insolation material on both sides.

Product type :
*Product classified as application: Z self adhesive application  R  heating & melting  J heating& gluing application waterproof membrane.
*Heating & melting or heating &melting application waterproof membrane classified as different modified material: Elastomer (SBS), Plastomer (APP) modified bitumen waterproof membrane is rubber modified bitumen waterproof membrane and overall self adhesive, SBS as main material adding other polymer.
*APP modified bitumen waterproof membrane can be classified into type I and type II as the difference of bitumen coating layer style, fine sand as surface material. Bottom surface material of Heating & hotting application waterproof membrane is classified into PE, sand. Bottom surface material of hotting & gluing application waterproof membrane is sand.
Property:
*Having APP/SBS all characteristics;
*Having a high heat resistance, better high temperature shearing performance, to ensure waterproof laye not to damage when paving heat asphalt and concrete;
*High breaking resistant, can withstand puncture of equipment grinding in application;
*High tensile strength and elongation, high bonding strength with concrete;
*Not bubbleing and stratifying, good impermeability performance and withstanding repeated role of travelling crane and hydrodynamic pressure;
*Good acid resistance, alkali and salt resistant performance, no effects of freeze-thaw cycles;
*Good anti-aging performance;
Applicable scope:
Self-adhesive, SBS,APP I-type membrane mainly used in the pavement of paved asphalt and concrete, APP II-type membrane mainly used in the pavement of mixture of poured asphalt and concrete.
Storage information:
*When storage and transportation, products in different types and specifications should be stacked separately and should not be mixed;
*Avoid the sun and rain, and pay attention to ventilation;
*Hot-melt or hot melt adhesive waterproof membrane should stand at bellow 50°C, and its height should not exceed two layers;
*Self-adhesive waterproof stands only for single-layer,boxed membrane can be placed in level, height should not exceed five layers;
*In the normal transportation and storage conditions, storage period from the date of production is one year at least;
